Will a PA speeding ticket affect my MD PBJ, and if so what are my chances of disputing it?

An officer pulled me over for speeding in Pennsylvania, I was cooperative and he reduced my speed to 61 in a 55. On the ticket he apparently recorded my car as being a 4-door sedan when it's a 2-door hatchback. Would having a ticketed speed that doesn't match the radar gun's receipt and an inaccurate vehicle description be enough to win a Not Guilty? As mentioned before I'm still in a MD PBJ, because if this ticket doesn't effect my PBJ I'd be willing to accept it, because I will be moving all the way to Florida by the end of the month, disputing this ticket would be difficult.

Most states recognize out of state speeding tickets. That said, there's a good chance that a speeding ticket anywhere would have an effect on your MD license. You should get an attorney in PA to fight the speeding ticket there. Do not try to resolve it on your own.

I have never seen a minor moving violation used as the basis for a violation of the terms of probation. Violations are limited almost exclusively to incarcerable traffic offenses and any criminal convictions. Speeding does not qualify. Your pbj is safe. The speeding ticket conviction (if you pay it) will appear on your Maryland driving record, but will not carry any points (Maryland does not assess points for out-of-state traffic violations, like some states do--Virginia, for example would assess points on a Virginia licensed driver who gets a traffic violation in another state).
