I was on probation for poss. marijuana. I served no time. I was arrested for DUI, and noncompliance of the marijuana charge.

What does non compliance mean? I never paid my fines off or set up treatment. And how long do you think my probation violation time in jail will be. I live in wa state. I have 3 other drug convictions, a theft, and several previous non compliance in my past.
Respectfully, your questions are beyond the scope of a website like .com to properly address. You need the advice of an experienced criminal defense lawyer admitted to practice law in WA who can evaluate the situations you describe and give you a realistic assessment unde the protection of the attorney-client relationship.
Having said this, I will answer in general that if this case were here in NJ, that you would be looking at incarceration for the VOP. You were supposed to meet certain requirements while on probation and you didn't do them (that is non-compliance). You have been re-arrested and have prior convictions. Both of these factors, as well as the prior non-compliance findings can be used by the prosecutor to argue for the imposition of incarceration. If you are violated and sentenced, in general the Court can impose a sentence of up to the maximum term you were exposed to by the charge for which you were on probation. Get a lawyer. Good luck.

This all depends on what you do now, who the judge is and what the PO thinks. I wouldn't be surprised if the prosecution asks for the balance of your suspended time. Probation is a tool that courts use to try and get people to comply with the requirements that are set up. Given what you have stated, it doesn't look good. Get a good lawyer.
