I had filed a complete application for asylum in August 2011. Got a letter stating that the complete application has been received after next week. Biometrics 2 weeks notice was received in August 2011. I gave my fingerprints within time frame already. I have not received a letter for my interview appointment date and time until today, July 18, 2012. I also many time entered my receipt # in online case status, the web link mentioned that "Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status". Kindly advise me what i can do......

Call customer service - something is wrong. They always interview you within 45 to 90 days. Always always before 6 months....... I wonder if you somehow missed the interview. But now you are eligible to file your EAD card - yey!!

Did you move? The post office will not forward this type of mail. It is your responsibility to contact immigration directly. Call the number on our receipt.
