The charges were found. I also have proof of working that day, picking up my daughter from school, and dropping her off and picking her up from her RE Church classes. Do I need anything else for court tomorrow? The actions took place in Forth Worth, I live in Austing which is 2 hours and 57 min drive.
Are you representing yourself? The judge will first admonish you about representing yourself because generally it is a BAD idea. You provide no information about who is accusing you or their motive. If the prosecutor does not dismiss your case, keep the information that you have (do not give it to them) and hire a lawyer.

It is never a smart idea trying to navigate the criminal justice system by yourself. Additionally everything you say will be used against you. Get a lawyer. Don't say or do anything without a lawyer. If you cannot afford a lawyer the court will provide you with one free of charge. Give the information you have to your lawyer and no one else.
