can i fly inside USA with valid US id and US driver license without being detained? i have an deportation order and aslo i know ice tried to get me but i wasnt at home that day. can TSA track my records while im buying a flight ticket? or maybe ice put some travel restriction on my ID? is it possible? thank you.

With a deportation order, you cannot fly or be in the United States without the risk of being detained. Everything you ask about is possible. ICE conducts random checks at airports. You should consult with an experienced immigration attorney to determine if something can be done about your deportation order.

Normally you can pursue domestic travel as long as you have a valid ID, HOWEVER since you have a prior order of deportation you may detained at anytime and there is no guarantees that a fugitive warrant will not show up in their system and/or will be submitted to a random airport search/checkpoint.

TSA has been known to arrest people for warrants that are not issued by DHS. It follows therefore, that they can arrest someone for a deportation order.
