My wife and I went to marriage interview had some descepancies and lacked of supporting evidence proof of real marriage we received NOID Letter and have/had 30 days to respond, our first lawyer that we went with to the interview seemed inexperianced so we lost confidence and sought another laywer and under my wife's friend recommendation we got new laywer to represent us but my wife's boss told her that this lawyer does not do his job properly or on time and we are running out of time i am hoping we can find a good lawyer to help us get through this matter. we are worried we will not meet this deadline to appeal and face some serious issues if we don't or can't meet the deadline. if we fail to meet the appeal deadline do we reapply I-130 and I-485?

If you feel you can not meet the deadline I suggest you voluntarly dismiss the pending petitions and refile. Waiting for a denial can result in the immigrant spouse being referred to immigration court.

Work diligently to find a good attorney immediately. If you do not meet the NOID response deadline, things can and probably will get much more complicated. You should at least consult with an attorney before the NOID response deadline who can speak with you in more detail about the consequences of not submitting a timely response or of withdrawing the petition and/or application. You are in dangerous territory. I recommend finding an attorney here in to assist you, or one who is a member of AILA (www.aila.org). Responding to an I-130 NOID is not uncommon, and an experienced immigration attorney should have no problem helping you.
