Can I get a alcohol serving permit in Cobb County, GA if I have a pending felony?

If I stay out of trouble for another year or so I will have the charges dropped, which is obviously the plan. I've had a hard time getting a job anywhere, but I will be hired at a restaurant if I can get a serving permit.

I believe that you should be able to without issue if the charges are dismissed. I am not sure what effect pending charges would have.
