Are you on a K-3 visa? If you have proof that your marriage was entered in good faith, that you are a person of good moral character, that your husband is a US citizen or legal permanent resident, that your have lived with your husband in the US, and that your husband is abusive you may qualify for the Violence Against Women Act. If you do, you may self petition and obtain a green card. I suggest that your consult with an experienced immigration attorney.

I agree, but this is an awkward situation. If you fear him, you may also need to consider whether to secure an order of protection, as well. Again, seek an appointment or teleconference from a competent and experienced immigration attorney. If this is not possible, then you may need to seek help at what is called a women's shelter. You will want to secure all documentation of your entry including your green card/alien number. You will also want to keep as much evidence of your relationship as you have at this point. If you were approved, then you may need to file what is called a self petition. If he was physically violent or made threats towards you that put you in fear, then you need to seek help from police with the order of protection and treatment. Again, a womens shelter should provide helpful resources.
