Hello, Thank you for posting your question. The first question is whether you are still together with your spouse that petitioned for you to get your green card. If so, you would file this petition jointly with USCIS within the 90 day period prior to your green card expiring. If you are no longer with your spouse, depending on your circumstances, you may require a waiver of the joint filing requirement. In either case, USCIS is looking for evidence that you and spouse have a bona fide marriage. Information about evidence to submit is available on my website at: http://www.familytousa.com/family-to-usa/2011/5/10/establishing-bona-fides-of-a-marriage.html For a detailed overview of the I-751 process, please visit my website at: http://www.familytousa.com/remove-conditions-on-permanent/ Given the additional scrutiny on I-751's these days, I would also suggest including affidavits from friends/family/coworkers that are familiar with your marriage. Additional information is available at: http://www.familytousa.com/family-to-usa/2011/5/19/submitting-affidavits-to-establish-bona-fides-of-a-marriage.html and Good luck! Thank you, Nisha V. The form instructions tell you what you need to submit.

Generally speaking, you need to show proof that you have continued to be married to your spouse, OR, that you have divorced. You should speak with an attorney in your area to make sure that you do the filing properly.
