Can you get charged with a DUI while riding a bike drunk in Boise,Idaho?
Also is there a difference in riding drunk on a bike on the sidewalk vs the road?

Most DUI's require that you drive a "motor vehicle" while under the influence of alcohol. Unless your bike has a motor then NO. However, you can still be charged with drunk in public or other similar charges that do not involve driving a motor vehicle.
