Traveling to England with a reduced felony /expunged record in California

I had a felony for 664/261.5c and it was reduced to amisdemeanor and "expunged" or whatever . I want to travel to England to visit. Will I be barred? My felony was reduced to misdemeanor so isn't it as if it was misdemeanor now? And it was expunged or so called expunged

No you will not be barred. When you visit most foreign countries they are not concerned with your police record (unless you have an open case). I have traveled extensively in Europe and I have a misdemeanor conviction. It was never an issue. The only exception that I know of is Canada which takes a dim view of people with DUIs on their record.

You are fine leaving from the US side of things. But I cant speak for England. I know Canada can be strict with stuff like that.
