my ex and i have a son who is 6. year old boy. I have never ben married to this guy nor did i live with him EVER, in fact he didn't want me to keep the baby. My son is 6 now and he was 5 when all this took place (so sad) anyway the commitioner granted the father the tax write off each year and alledgedly granted me the higher tax bracket for child suppport. When i got it from opposing counsel which i had to ask myy attorney for it over 6 times they gave me a XSPOUSE 2010--CA form and he claimed HH/MLA and put me as Single. He has his own company and lied on his expense declaration. the question i have is this Xspouse the same as a dissomaster?

The information that goes into the guidelines or dissomaster, or Xspouse, or others, is basically the same. As a parent you have to pay child support but you do not pay spousal support unless you were married. Living together as a couple does not entitle her to alimony. If you have custody, then you are the Head of household and you are entitled to claim the head of household status but he gets the tax exemption. If you are not happy with this, ask the court to modify the order.
