If you have an outstanding order of removal, filing anything will cause ICE to take notice of your presence and they may then execute the removal order. Unless there is a change of circumstances in your country you are not eligible to file to reopen your case with the immigration court or board of immigration appeals.

Based on the facts presented you must have an order of removal against you which means that ICE can detain you at any time and execute the order. There are limited circumstances where you can move to reopen a prior order of removal, meet with an Attorney so he/she can review your case in depth and determine whether or not you have any options available to you.

An attorney would need to try to reopen your case. My firm handles motions to reopen. Regards, Nick Misiti Misiti Global 212 537 4407
