I bought a mattress from a company, it had bed bugs. The bed bugs bit me all over my body. The company did'nt give me a refund.
The manager saw my arms and face blistered and bumped up. She yelled at me , this person was so rude. she told me they dont have refurbished mattresses and I could'nt prove their mattress gave me bugs bites. She said no refund and left me there crying and scratching, then she shut the door in my face. I'm very nervous and so paranoired. Can you help me please.
