My uncle received a letter in the mail saying he had been denied for his green card.He seems real worried now that he might be deported, and I think it's because he's worried that he might have to leave my little cousins and aun t and didn't know how he will support them.is it sure that he will be deported or will he be able to stay.what can he do to help his case.He has no criminal record and had owned his construction company fo six years.his wife does have her green card,I don't know if she might be able to help him.

Your uncle should speak with an immigration attorney to review the basis of the denial, and to see if a motion to reopen maybe a possibility. More information is needed, as we do not know the basis for your uncle's application to adjust status, or any of his circumstances. Your uncle should really seek the advice of an immigration attorney who can review all the circumstances and guide him with his options.

It depends on the reasons for the denial and whether he is in valid immigration status. You should retain an experienced immigration lawyer, whether myself or one of my colleagues, to review all the facts, advise you, and handle the case.
