Opposition filed unverified, hybrid responses to frm & spec. iroggs, admissions, docs. I was 1-day late in filing motion to compel further. Now trying to reset 45-day clock to file mtn to compel. If opposition resubmits responses to : A) docs, adding 100 pgs; B) Spec Iroggs with some changes; Does this reset 45-day clock to file motion to compel any or all of the request for docs & spec. interrogatories?

I assume by "hybird", you mean the responses were a combination of objections and unverified responses? If the responding party serves amended/further/supplemental responses to the specific discovery requests in question, it restarts the 45 day (or 50 day if the responses were served by mail) deadline for you to file a motion to compel further responses.
