The question asks if you ever had a case in Immigration Court. If so the answer is Yes. If not the answer in No.
I do not know what you mean when you say " i am on removal condition but im not on deportation either". You should see a lawyer since this is a very important question and you must answer it correctly or you could be deported.
I, too, agree. The answer depends on what you mean by "I am on removal condition."
