In a commerical lease for a business, are a hood and walk in cooler and sinks considered fixtures such that the LL keeps them

We moved out of our premises and took all these items and LL claims these are trade fixtures.

If they are truly "trade fixtures" (as opposed to "fixtures") you may remove them so long as you repair any damage to the property caused by their removal. If they were already there when you took possession, they belong to the landlord regardless.

Read your lease. Were these items present when you leased the premises or did you install them? I am not certain your answer to that question makes any difference. They sound like fixtures to me, i.e, anything that is attached to the property. I assume the walk in cooler and sinks were not portable and you had no right to take them.
