The Respondent's attorney made the case complex. I have limited funds, court refused spousal suport & attorney fees. Forced to act prop per. Would like to withdraw so I can educate myself in regards to the law.

Once both parties have made a general appearance (filed a petition and a response) the case can't be dismissed by just one side. If both wish to dismiss the case, that's fine. Otherwise the case will proceed to its conclusion or, if nobody does anything for 5 years, the Court may dismiss the case for lack of prosecution.
