Where i can find free domestic violence attorney
i have a court sept 4th. have money issue so need to find free attorney asap.

A DV is not a criminal action so the PD will not be assigned. I do not know if legal aid is available. A DV is rather involved and I do not know of any attorneys who will take the case pro bono. Sorry I cannot be of more help.

While it is unlikely that you will find a "free" attorney to represent your interest, you can reach out to an entity like Central Jersey Legal Services for advice whether there are any entities that will provide you with assistance at no or limited costs.
I would also mention that Domestic Violence Matters are quite serious and generally a litigant would be foolish to appear for the return date of such a matter without legal counsel.
