My aunt died in Nashville, Tn. intestate. I am in Mississippi. Do I have to get an attorney in Tennessee?
This will include selling the house & contents and several cd's.

Even if it was not legally required for you to have an attorney, I do not know why on Earth you would not want to, given that you are out of state. Because you are out of state, you will need a Tennessee lawyer to assist you, however.
