I 485 and i30 pending over 18 months with 2 infopass and numerous times to call Customer Service.

I have recieved a letter indicated that my case is under review of adjustditator for final decision in 4 months. It has been over 4 months already but still get nothing from them. What I should do next? Should I make another infopass again? Please help. thanks
You can do another info pass and if that does not work file a legal action to make USCIS adjudicate oyur case. it is called a Mandamus action. Consult with an experienced attorney
Though Infopass is often helpful, if you are hitting a dead end with the window officer, I would recommend having a local AILA attorney file an e-mail inquiry with the District Office CBO. If you were represented by an attorney in your adjusment case, ask them to file if they are an AILA memeber. My fee to do an inquiry on a new case is $350.
You can also try contacting your local representative (Congress / Senate) to try to get the case moving. Each representative has an Immigration Liaison department and they can make a direct inquiry. Make sure you have all your receipts and documentation, as they will request this information.
I have seen some politicians work wonders on stalled cases. Then if this does not work, you can try taking USCIS to court as my colleague recommended.
