The non-custodial parent filed for full custody, child support, and visitation. I have temporary full custody due to a domestic violence protective order. I don't have any money. We used to reside with the non-custodial parent. The non-custodial parent has a high priced attorney.......I really need help!!! If anyone can be of some real help I can explain this whole senario from beginning to end.

Have you contacted the Maryland Voluneer Lawyer's Service? That service may be able to direct you to a pro bono attorney.

I would contact the Legal Aide Bureau. They are able to give more detailed advice on what to do inside of your cases circumstances. Their phone number is 1-888-215-5316. A certificate of discovery is normally sent regarding different document production and/or notices of filings done by the attorney. I would carefully read the certificate and see what they are saying they have sent you a copy of.
