Is there a way to get a COMPLETE arrest history on someone else? Need for possible upcoming civil case.

On tv court shows the judge always questions where the person obtained such a document, implying it is not available to the general public. If I recall right, the person got one via a friend who was also a police officer (which is probably a no no for the officer to hand out to civilians).

Contact a private investigator. They can search out the records, even testify if needed as a basis for admitting records. See an attorney. The rules of evidence rarely appear on TV, but they are key.

You can go directly to the pa judicial portal website and research both pending or closed cases. You can also go to the PA State Police website and purchase a criminal history. Your attorney in the civil case should know what to do.
