I don't prctice in your state I am licensed in Arizona but he worst would be you go to jail for the maximum term, pay the maximum fine and have your licenses suspended for the maximum time. The best would be your cases is dismissed, no jail ,no fine and your license is not suspended. To have any hope of ending up with the second alternative or as close to it as possible you are going to need to hire a good lawyer in your area.

Obviously the best would be to have the case dismissed or you to be found not guilty at trial. The worst would be a conviction of a class B misdemeanor and you receive a sentence in jail of six months and a fine of $1,000.00. You must also consider the impact on your driving privilieges. These can be impacted even if you do not receive a conviction. Contact a lawyer immediately who handles DUI cases to protect all your interests. If you received notice of an administrative suspension you have a limited time to file for an appeal. If you do not file for that appeal in time you will lose the right to fight it.
