Can I sue an apartment for neglecting to fix nails sticking out of my carpet?
Its been months that ive been requesting this to be fixed. I have a two year old and its impossibe to keep shoes on him. Due to these nails sticking out of the carpet, his feet are cut up. Its a safty hazard. what can I do?
