Can you legally have nude pictures and videos of you erased from someone's computer?

This guy has pictures and videos of him and my wife having sex and she is afraid of having those things uploaded to the internet. Some of those videos, (not all,) were done without her knowing but she later found out about them. He was supposed to be her therapist but ended up seducing her and had her divorce me. Then she ran away from him and came back to me and we are now remarried. So can we have those legally removed from all of his electronic devices?

If she's not a minor, I would expect the police to treat this as a CIVIL, not CRIMINAL matter. If there's a legitimate fear of these photos and/or videos being posted on the internet, then she'd argue that while she may have consented to (some of ) the videos, she never consented to any public distribution of them. She needs to hire a lawyer to seek a permanent prohibitory injunction restraining any use of them, and then a mandatory injunction requiring them to be turned over to her and deleted from all his devices.

If she was filmed without consent, it is likely a criminal act. Call the police.

As well as seeking an injunction, as my colleague suggests, contact the licensing boards with your evidence. There are extreme ethical violations here, and he should not be allowed to practice.
