Based upon the limited amount of information you give it sounds as if you were on probation for a misdemeanor and during the course of your supervision failed a urine screen. Generally, this would result in a violation of probation (VOP) for your misdemeanor but not a new charge for drug possession. Although technically the state might be able to make a case for drug possession based upon your urine sample, usually they prefer to base those cases on actual possession of the drug itself. The VOP however should be of some concern to you and could result in your incarceration. You should consult with an experienced criminal law attorney as soon as possible in order to begin working on possible defenses and mitigation of your case as soon as possible. Good luck.
Probation means that you did something for which you could be sent to jail but you were permitted a certain limited amount of freedom on certain conditions, one of which is that you obey the law.
What will happen will depend on a lot of things, including your history and whether you are likely to re-offend.
You need a criminal defense lawyer, now.
You will likely have your probation violated. They likely won't charge new offenses for the drugs in the urine. You should get a lawyer for the violation. Chris Frey
