I had a harassment fine from a local magistrate office. I paid the fine and pleaded guilty. Would that be on my record?
I was told by another lawyer that it was just a summary offense

It is just a summary offense, but it is still on your record as a summary conviction. You can get it expunged after five years.

It is just a summary offense, but there still is a record of it, as a summary offense.
If you keep out of trouble for a period of time (I think 5 years) you can have the record cleared.
