I need a civil attorney to sue my landlord for harassing me w/death threats to surrender my Rent Stabilized Apt. I'm disabled.

I have threatening emails, police reports, IAB complaints, 311 complaint numbers, photos, audio recordings and my super was arrested for stealing my mail who now retaliates by harassing me by vandalizing my laundry and curses at me and insults my deceased mothers memory w/intent to inflict emotional pain on me. My landlord went as far to get a retired NY detective to threaten my life saying quote" I'm not leaving this Fuc**** building alive if I don't drop the housing court case" unquote. My neighbor was a witness to this and a co conspirator who also threatened my life for asking him to be a quiet neighbor after hours. I took my LL to housing CT first but under the wrong filing, so now my LL has quickly concocted this insane case to evict me for my rent stabilized apt. on the UWS on CPW.

Dear my landlord is harassing me: Perhaps I might answer this question. This challenge to your tenancy rights has been going on for a long time. You should immediately take action to stop the illegal harassment. If your tenancy is rent stabilized or rent controlled, file a complaint, right away. Follow the instructions at: http://www.nycrgb.org/html/resources/dhcr/dhcr1... http://www.nyc.gov/html/hpd/html/tenants/harass... http://tenant.net/Organize/Lenox/lh-3.html http://www.nyshcr.org/Rent/factsheets/orafac1.pdf Read more about your tenant rights at: http://www.nycourts.gov/courts/nyc/housing/pdfs... You may feel more secure when you retain an attorney to defend your tenancy rights. Good luck.
