I am on 3years probation and I am a dual citizen US/Sweden. Can I give up my US citizenship and move back to Sweden .
I dont think I can complete my probation here and I just want to live in Sweden.

Before you make a decision to renounce your citizenship and skip your probation I strongly advise you to talk to your criminal attorney and an Immigration Attorney.
If you skip probation you will violate the terms of the probation and an arrest warrant will be issues against you.

You need ot speak to a lawyer who deals wqith Swedish immigration,. You also need ot speak to your criminal attorney but oyu can renounce US citizenship
