There are so many sections that don't apply including - -Middle Name -Section8.B. If you are married now, give the following information -8.C Is your spouse a citizenm -8.D - 8.E and so on

Most of them do apply. For example, middle name, you can write NMN for No middle name. Regarding spouse, if there is no spouse, you can leave it blank.
