Who can help me with Sallie Mae ?

Even though my mother only made 25k/year the federal government allowed me a $3500 Federal loan and that's it. I was forced to get financing from Sallie Mae through private loans to help with my education (I was unable to get loans through another corportation due to lack of credit history being young). Four loans and two co-signers later I was unable to receive any more loans from sallie mae because I had borrowed too much money to begin with. I was unable to finish school with no more aid. I had been working hard to keep several jobs at once, but lost employment with downsizing. I have been actively searching employment for over a year. No one is hiring, and Sallie Mae even work with me to make smaller payments. Harrassment, threatening default. I just want them to work with me.
