Do you need to bring the court letter of hearing date for your hearing on a civil traffic violation in AZ?

I live in AZ and got a speeding ticket. I pleaded not guilty and mailed it to the court to schedule a hearing. The court sent me a letter with date and time of hearing. I have lost this letter and do not remember my court date. Do I have to bring this letter to the court or can I call the court number and ask them to either resend it or tell me when my hearing date is? What do I need to bring to the court other than a copy of original citation? Thanks for reading this and your time....

You do not need to bring the letter with you to court. Simply call the court to find out the date and time of your hearing. Be sure to write it down along with your case number. For your first court hearing, you really do not need to bring anything with you to court. If you take the case to a trial, you will need to bring with you any evidence you intend to use.

You are not required to bring a court letter to court. The purpose of the letter is to give you notice of the court date.
