The websites are all good and you should visit them. You should also note that if your claim arises from workplace discrimination, you are on a 180 day clock to file a claim, from the time of the adverse action, or else the claim is extinguished. There are other steps that must be followed before you can sue in court, the most important of which is to first file a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), which will give you a right to sue letter. That letter will give you the right to have your case heard in court. Discrimination law can be quite complicated. I would encourage you to secure an attorney knowledgeable in this area as soon as possible.
