Change of Venue for a lawsuit in another state.

I work for an inusrance brokers office and we are being sued by a man in another state for a solicitation call. Here are the facts that I have. 1. He refuses to get on the Do not call list. 2. He spoke to one of our sales agents over the phone and falsly completed an application for a policy that took 18 minutes. 3. When judgements do not go his way he just files for appeals and keeps matters tied up in court. If there is a way to get a change of venue moved to our home state of Texas where frivilous lawsuits are punishable, we could turn this around on him. He is making a living off tax payer dollars by suing any soliciter he that calls him that he wants to sue. Can you tell me best how to handle this issue. Thank you for your time.

You would have to move to dismiss the lawsuit filed in the other state for some jurisdiction grounds, which grounds do not appear to exist based on what you have posted.
