You need to take your tickets and conviction record to an Ohio attorney to determine whether they were criminal convictions or violations. If you are a non-citizen you will want to discuss with an immigration attorney how these records impact your status. Good luck!

Generally, for you to be charged with a crime, someone has to tell you that you are charged with a crime. Did you appear in court or just pay the ticket? The items you list are not normally charged as crimes, but they can be something that accompanies criminal charges.

It is unclear by what you mean by accident. Is it hit skip or failure to control. If it is just a minor misdemeanor failure to control or assured clear distance this is not criminal. Driving without a license is not criminal but may have some criminal implications. One would have to know why you are asking. if this is for a job application or immigration the advice may change. www.becklawofficellc.com
