Convert approved H1B consular processing to Change of status

I am currently in US on L1 visa and my employer filed for H1B visa. Now my H1B is approved with consular processing because at the time of filing i was not in US. Now i am in US, how can we convert approved H1B from consular processing to COS?

Your employer could file the I-129 amended petition.

Your employer would need to file a new I-129. Your employer needs to retain an experienced immigration lawyer, whether myself or one of my colleagues, to review all the facts, advise them, and handle the case.
