If a child supporrt case has been dropped, can it be reopened.
And can I sue for the money back because I was still living in the house while the case was filed against me.

Yes, the case can be reopened. However, you cannot get money back because you were living in the house. A person can still get a child support order from the other parent even if they live and continue to live in the same house together.
