the one who summoned me, her statements were false. she is also a coworker. at my job, we give statements when incidents occur, and witnesses must as well. am i allowed to bring in their statements if they cannot be present?

You will need to bring all of your witnesses to court on the day of hearing. You cannot present written statements from witnesses instead of having them testify. You have one shot at disproving the allegations, so bring everyone who can testify about the allegations.

Written statements will not work as they are hearsay. You'd need to bring the witnesses to court so they can testify as to what they observed.
