How to legalize the status?
We are U.S citizens and submitted the petition for our son in 2007. The petition is approved and he is in the line for visa. In the mean time, he comes illegally to the U.S.

More facts are needed. Did he come in the US illegally after you filed his I-130 or before? In any case, you should speak with an immigration attorney.
