Denial citizenship
My friend got denial letter for her citizenship.,stated that she was not lawfully admitted permanent residence, what happens if she is not going to appeal her case?

Without knowing anymore details as to the real, factual reasons for the denial of naturalization, all I can say is that if the "appeal" will be filed like the application for naturalization was, which resulted in denial, then there isn't much hope for any appeal to prevail either. I hope you'lll agree with me on this one. Thus, it is very important that you hire an attorney in your area to examine your circumstances and case and handle any further steps necessary on your behalf from now on.
