Is there a difference between a subpoena being mailed or hand delivered?
i do not want to appear in court thats why i was asking is there a difference in the subpoena

Yes, subpoenas to personally appear in court usually need to be personally served along with the appropriate witness fee. Mailing does not constitute personal service in Nevada, althoug it is appropriate for many different types of legal proceedings.
