I have a DUI I complete everything they ask me like my school and AAA classes I just didn't pay the rest of my fine I ask for community service and they gave it to me. But I had a load of work and I didn't go any day I have court today what would they do
Get out there a get the community service done at once. After giving you a break like that, the judge is not going to want to here any excuses. Get it done.

Make sure you show up to court. You are in violation of your probation. Get a public defender, or a continuance to hire a private attorney or rep yourself. Be honest with the judge about why you didn't do your community service. The judge should give you an extension.
