I am going thru a nasty divorce and my husband wants full custody of our daughter and has hired an attorney. I however can't afford to do that. He is basically trying to bribe me with money to sign over my rights to our daughter. When i ask him "why are you doing this to me"? He has flat out said to me " because I don't want to pay you child support". He has manipulated my daughter into feeling hate towards me and is " buying her affection". He allows her to do whatever she pleases, and never says no! She is becoming a teenager before her time. She is 11. I need some guidance on how to handle this. He is going to be relentless.

You need a guardian ad litem appointed for starters, and possibly a custody evaluation. You need to go talk to an attorney you may be surprised, the attorney may be able to get him to pay your fees. But you are not going to be able to handle this on your own. You can also check with Legal Aid in your area to see if you qualify for representation through them.
Attorney Morcroft has provide you with very good advice. Attorneys fees in family law cases can be ordered from one party to the other based upon each party's respective need and ability to pay such fees, You may need to come up with enough money for an initial retainer but thereafter your husband could be responsible for you attorneys fees.

Pro bono is short for the Latin pro bono publico which means for the public good.
Yours is a private matter and does not qualify.
You might try Legal Aid or use the laws to try and get your husband, the dead beat, to pay your attorney fees.
