Employer missed hearing. Is it too late to have a judgement overturn from the labor board of NJ for non appearance?

I had a disgruntle terminated employee filed a claim with the NJ labor board for back payments. I rescheduled the first hearing, advice of my attorny and missed the second hearing all together. Now there is a judgement against me to pay said amount. I have documentations that most of the allegations are false.

I would need to review all of the documentation that you have received from the State before I could advise you further. Please feel free to contact me by phone at (856) 642-6445 or by email at [email protected]. Kurt Raatzs

Your attorney or an attorney would need to look at all of the facts and circumstances to determine if there were a basis to reopen.
