they refuse to claim the letter. Is there anyway to find out if a company has insurance if that company is refusing to notify their insurance or provide me with their insurance information? thanks

If this was a car accident and the police took a report, look at the police report, it may have insurance information on it. If they do not want to give you information on their insurance carrier, which happens, it will likely be provided once a lawsuit is filed.

Are you talking about suing a car manufacturer about a defective car, or suing as a result of a personal injury car crash? Not sure from your post.
