I'm a teen boy I self harm I wanna go to a treatment center but don't no were to go it can I help me it needs to be free . So if I no were any are please comment they Have to be in Pensacola or near. And canny parents stop me from going?
You're not alone in this. There are lots of people who are willing to help you in anyway whatsoever. You're incredibly brave for asking for help. Give the youth crisis center a call and you'll be on the road to feeling better. Their number is 904 720 0002. Don't be afraid to call, that's what they are there for. You WILL be ok and you are NOT alone. Hang in there things will get better for you. :)
Ms. Glen is absolutely correct. I simply wanted to add that, if you are worried about your parents stopping you from getting help, talk to them about your needs. If you are a juvenile, your parents are going to have to be involved in placing you in treatment. If they stop you from getting help, you can contact the Florida Abuse Hotline: 1-800-962-2873. Medical neglect is a form of child abuse.
