If you are in school or at least a GED or Highschool granduate your might abe eligible to apply for Deferred Action. But please seek a private consultation with an immigration attorney to assess your situation. Best Wishes! Lalita Haran 13295 Illinois st ste 128 Carmel IN 46032 Ph: (317) 660-6174 www.haranlaw.com

Immigration law has many options depending on the facts and circumstances of your background. Without knowing much about your background, you may be eligible for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals and/or some other immigration avenues. Speak to a lawyer today. It's important to not take this lightly because it is your future at stake. Best of luck, -Sanjay A. Paul, Esq. www.dreamlawca.com

Your todo list for tomorrow: find a reputable lawyer and schedule a consultation ASAP. Why? Because you will start accruing unlawful presence that will start counting against you when you're 18 years 180 days old. This can hinder what options you might have in the future. You need to find out if there's anything that can be done to stop the count (DACA might be one way).
