Hi there, my fiance is incarcerated in Colorado, l am an Australian citizen, living in Australia, we are getting married in October. I need to know is there anyway he can become an Australian citizen so we can use the International prisoner transfer scheme. My government will allow a transfer but ONLY if my future husband is a citizen.
